This development project, located in the well-heeled district of Chelsea, saw a dilapidated Victorian townhouse transformed into a modern 5-bedroom family home. The house was extensively reconfigured to include a rear and side extension together with a subterranean cinema, bar and gym. The interiors were crafted to a high level of detail, its many bespoke features bridging the Victorian setting with a contemporary feel. The front and rear gardens were thoroughly redesigned with the landscaping scheme transforming the house’s relationship with the outside on many levels.
